Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
- Mayonnaise (or possibly diet)
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- Lemon wedges, if you like
Directions
- Arrange fish fillets on foil lined cookie sheet. Spread mayonnaise on each covering completely. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese. Broil for 5 to 6 min or possibly till fish is just cooked through. Garnish with minced parsley and serve with lemon wedges if you like.
