Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 c. onions
- 1/2 c. sweet pepper, minced
Directions
- Put oil in skillet. Add in 1 1/2 pounds grnd beef, garlic and onions, and cook till done. Add in two (6 oz) cans of tomato paste and 5 c. of warm water. Add in: 1/2 teaspoon oregano 2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 bay leaves
- Cover and simmer one hour, then uncover and cook till thickens. Takes about two hrs. Cook spaghetti and pour sauce over it as you eat it.
