Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 lg. healthy pinch oregano
- Garlic pwdr
- 1 c. water
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Few shakes Lawry seasoning salt
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Brown meat and onions together. Salt meat. Add in the rest of the ingredients in any order. Simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Serve over warm rice. It is good with condiments sprinkled on top such as minced peanuts, minced green onion, grated cheese.
