Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut into pcs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and heat in oven till melted. Stir in honey, mustard, curry and salt. Add in chicken, turning to coat. Bake 20 min. Turn chicken over and continue baking till golden, 20 to 25 min. Serve warm.
