Directions

  1. Saute/fry carrots, onion and garlic in butter. Add in chicken broth. Bring to boil. Then add in curry pwdr. Mix with cooked rice. Put mix into casserole dish. Bake chicken breast to about 1/2 done. Then place chicken on top of rice dish. Bake approximately 45 min at 350 degrees. Sprinkle parsley to taste. Feeds 6 to 8 people.
