Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef round
- 4 x Thick slices of bacon
- 1 x Carrot
- 1 x Onion
- 2 x Cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. Vinegar Oil Salt and pepper
Directions
- 1. To dress the steak, make small incisions in the meat and insert pcs of carrot and bacon.
- 2. Fry the steak till golden brown on both sides. Add in sufficient water and cook with the garlic, onion, vinegar, salt and pepper till the meat softens.
- 3. Once cooked and cooled, slice the meat into strips and serve it with a salad or possibly cooked vegetables.
