Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 250 gms, halved, soft insides scooped out and then cut into 1 inch sticks
  • Carrot - 150 gms, peeled, cut into 1 inch sticks
  • Green Chillies - 2, cut into 1 inch strips
  • Lime Juice - 1/4 cup
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tblsp, crushed
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard Oil - 1/2 tblsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tblsp
