Directions

  1. Blanch zucchini with boiling water for 1 minute; drain. Heat margarine; add in onion and garlic. Saute/fry on med heat. Heat 1 minute. Add in zucchini; cook, covered 2 min. Add in tomatoes; cook, covered, 30 seconds. Season with salt and pepper. Add in sesame seeds and parsley. Toss gently.
