Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb beef stew meat in 1" cubes; 1 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp pepper; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1/2 tsp seasoned salt; 4 med zucchini in 1" slices; 3 x potatoes peeled and cut into 8ths; 2 c. warm water; 2 Tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce; 1 can whole kernel corn liquid removed; 1 c. peas liquid removed; 3 Tbsp. cornstarch; 3 Tbsp. cool water

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb beef stew meat in 1" cubes
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
4 med zucchini in 1" slices
3 x potatoes peeled and cut into 8ths
2 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
1 can whole kernel corn liquid removed
1 c. peas liquid removed
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. cool water

Directions

Place potatoes at the bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, paprika and seasoned salt. Place in crockpot with zucchini. Pour warm water and A-1 sauce over meat and vegetables. Cook on low for 9 hours til tender. Turn control to high. Stir in corn and peas. Dissolve cornstarch in cool water. Add in to meat mix. Cook on high for 15 - 20 minutes.
