  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (No. 2) can okra
  • 1 (No. 2) can corn
  • 2 pound potatoes
  • 2 lg. onions
  • Red pepper and salt to taste

Directions

  1. Place hen in crock pot with water to cover. Cook on high for 2 hrs. Remove chicken, debone. Chop chicken, return to crock pot. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 4 hrs.
