Directions

  1. Dredge steak in flour and place in 12x18 inch baking dish. Top with onion ring slices.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak, cover and microwave at 50% power for 25 min. Turn over and rearrange meat. Baste with sauce. Recover and microwave 20 to 30 min or possibly till meat is fork tender. Let cold for 10 min before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
