  • Prawns – 300 gms, cooked, peeled
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 to 3 tsp
  • Onion – 1, small, finely sliced
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Coconut Milk – 100 ml
  • Vegetable Stock – 1/3 cup
  • Grated rind and juice of 1/2 Lime
  • Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
  • Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black Pepper Powder as per taste
