Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 c. nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. arrowroot pwdr
  • 3 clv garlic, diced
  • 3 x scallions, diced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt

Directions

  1. Combine the tahini and water in a medium sized saucepan; add in the nutritional yeast. Sift the arrowroot pwdr (sift through a strainer), and add in to the mix; add in the remaining ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
  2. Place pan over low heat and cook for approximately 5 min, stirring often, till sauce is thick.
