Ingredients
- 8 ounce sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (12 ounce) can minced green chile peppers, liquid removed
- 3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce lowfat milk cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 ounce Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Directions
- Layer 1/3 of all ingredients, in order given in an 8 by 8 baking dish. Repeat layers twice. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 min or possibly till center is set. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
