Ingredients
- 1/4 c. mandarin oranges (in juice)
- 1 x (8-oz) container plain, low-fat yogurt
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Drain and rinse oranges and pat dry with a paper towel. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth. Pour into serving dish and eat with a spoon.
- Another snack: add in about 1/4 c. frzn raspberries and juice which have been thawed and brown sugar to taste to a c. of fat free plain yogurt. If you want to add in more berries which's up to you. Brown sugar is better than white sugar and it is very sweet.
