  1. In a saucepan, saute/fry onion in butter till tender. Blend in flour, salt and cayenne. Add in the half and half all at once. Cook, stirring constantly, till mix is thick and bubbly. Add in the wine, clams, lobster and button mushrooms. Heat through and serve in hot pastry shells.
