Creamed Chicken Over Beans Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 c. Cooked chicken, cubed
  • 16 ounce Pkg. frzn cut green beans, cooked/liquid removed Paprika, optional

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, heat butter. Stir in flour, salt and pepper till smooth.
  2. Gradually add in water, lowfat milk and bouillon. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 min. Add in the chicken and heat through. Serve over beans. Sprinkle with paprika if you like.
