  • 6 boned, skinned chicken breasts halves
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream with chives
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, optional

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts in shallow casserole. Mix the soup, lowfat sour cream and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs, uncovered.
