Crawfish And All That Jazz Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh pasta
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • 3/4 c. Minced green onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 lb Crawfish tails or possibly shrimp, (peeled) or possibly scallops or possibly clams or possibly mussels
  • 1 c. Heavy chipping cream
  • 1/8 c. Sherry, to taste, up to 1/4
  • 2 Tbsp. Seafood Magic Seasoning Blend or possibly any allpurpose seasoning blend

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and refrigerateby running under cool water. Add in oil to keep separate.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet and saute/fry onions for 2 to 3 min.
  3. Add in garlic, Seafood Magic and crawfish. Saute/fry 2 to 4 min or possibly till crawfish are almost cooked. Add in whipping cream and sherry to taste.
  4. Cook for 2 to 3 min over medium heat till sauce thickens. Add in pasta to mix and toss well. Serve immediately.
  5. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
