A delicious relish that has combination of tartness and sweetness which is perfect for any get together holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1(12oz.) bag cranberries
  • 1\2 cup white sugar
  • 1\4 cup orange juice
  • 3\4 cup diced peaches from can, drained
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1\2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 orange zest(optional)

Directions

  1. Combine cranberries, sugar,orange juice, and cinnamon stick in a sauce pan.Bring to a boil, mix and reduce heat and simmer until cranberry have soften or popped add more orange juice if needed, remove from heat and mix in the diced peaches and cool completely.
  2. Remove cinnamon stick, mix vanilla yogurt and orange zest.

Goes Well With: turkey, roasts
