Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag baked tortilla chips (13-1/2 oz)
  • 1 can nonfat refried beans (16-oz)
  • 2 Tbsp. picante sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 8 ounce surimi seafood crab flavored, flake-style Or possibly, crabmeat
  • 2 c. grated light cheese spread

Directions

  1. Spread chips in a single layer in a 15 x l0 x l-inch pan; set aside. Combine refried beans, picante sauce and lime iuice, stirring well. Spread bean mix onto each chip. Sprinkle surimi seafood proportionately over chips and top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Serve with desired toppings.
  2. Makes:4 main-dish or possibly 8 appetizer servings
  3. NOTES :Note: Suggested toppings: guacamole, light lowfat sour cream, minced tomatoes
