Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat or possibly imitation crabmeat
- 1 lb cooked shrimp
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. half-and-half
- 1 x (4-oz) can whole mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced green bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp warm red pepper sauce
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
- 1. In large baking dish, combine crabmeat, shrimp, rice, celery, mayonnaise, half-and-half, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, Wor- cestershire sauce and warm pepper sauce; mix well.
- 2. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle over seafood mix. Bake till casserole is bubbly and crumbs are golden brown, about 35 min.
