Ingredients
- 1 lb Warm italian sausage
- 1 x Diced habanero
- 3 x Diced serrano chiles (original recipe called for diced jalapenos only) (up to 5)
- 3 x Chopped or possibly finely diced cloves of garlic (up to 6)
Directions
- Add in diced ingredients to meat. Mix and then form balls. Cover the balls in
- #3 Firehouse bar-be-que sauce. (original recipe calls for buffalo wings sauce.. but BBQ sauce is thicker..and tastes much better!) bake at 350 in oven till done.
