Corned Beef Hashburgers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 can corned beef hash, cut into 4 slices each can
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 can condensed golden brown mushroom soup
  • 1 c. water
  • 8 slc onion
  • 8 slc tomato
  • 8 piece lettuce
  • 8 x hamburger buns
  • 8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In large skillet, brown hash in extra virgin olive oil. Pour off grease. Add in soup and water, top with onion. Heat, and stir soup occasionally. Serve on 8buns. Top with tomato and lettuce. Serve with A-1 sauce.
