Ingredients
- 2 lb Scallops
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 c. Oil
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
Directions
- Wash & dry scallops. Mix seasonings into flour. Heat oil to 375. Dip scallops in lowfat milk, then into flour. Fry in oil till golden brown. Place in dish. Slowly cook butter till it turns to hazelnut-brown color.
- Sprinkle with parsley & lemon juice. Pour over scallops & serve.
