  • 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) Instant Vanilla Pudding 4 serving
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed 2 cup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine the pudding mix, powdered sugar, and milk in a mixing bowl. Beat on medium speed with an electric mixer for 1 minute or until well blended.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread immediately on cooled cake.
  3. Refrigerate any leftover frosting and any cake frosted with the frosting or the frosting may weep.
  4. NOTES You can use other flavors of pudding mix or tint the frosting with a few drops of food coloring.
