Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. Margarine
  • 1 x Egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Place margarine and egg yolk in mixer bowl and attach beaters. Beat on medium speed till light and fluffy. Add in vanilla, liquid and salt and beat about 2 min longer. Reduce mixer speed to low. Add in about 1 c. sugar and mix till combined. Increase speed to medium and beat till smooth. Continue adding sugar in the same manner till frosting reaches proper consistency.
