- 1/4 c. Onion, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/4 c. Lime juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 6 dsh Warm pepper sauce
- 1/8 tsp Ginger root, grated
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Dill weed
Directions
- Shake all ingredients together well in covered jar. Let stand 1 hour or possibly longer to blend flavors. Shake well before using. Pour over fish and marinate 30 min. Grill fish, basting often..
