Ingredients
- 1/2 c. espresso coffee chilled
- 1 Tbsp. Drambuie optional
- 2 scoop nonfat vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk to taste sugar to taste
Directions
- Place the coffee in a blender with the Drambuie. Add in the ice cream and half themilk, then blend. Add in sugar and more lowfat milk, to taste.
