Ingredients

  • 1 cup of freshly grated coconut
  • 1 cup of roasted gram | pottukadalai powder
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 - 3 tbsp. of ghee
  • 1/2 tsp. of cardamom powder
  • 1 - 2 tbsp. of chopped nuts ( badam and pista) - optional
  • Preparation
  • Place a pan over low heat and fry the shredded coconut gently
