Ingredients
- 4 x Sliced onions
- 2 Tbsp. Apricot jam
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 x Coca-Cola can
Directions
- This sauce is for about 4 - 6 chicken pcs
- Cut up chicken and put it in a roasting pan. Layer the onions on the chicken and pour over the sauce. Bake for about 1 1 /2 hour at 180.
- You can serve this with rice or possibly add in small pcs of potatoes to the chicken and bake together.
