Ingredients
- 3 piece ginger
- 1 stk (3") cinnamon
- 8 whl cloves
- 3 x -(up to)
- 4 x Cardamon seeds
- 6 x Lemons
- 6 sm Oranges
- 1 gal Apple cider
- 1 quart Pineapple juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Tie spices in cheesecloth. Peel and cut lemons & oranges into thin slices and add in to cider and juice. To this, add in spice bag and bring to a low simmering boil. Stir as it simmers for 15 min then add in salt and stir vigorously. Serve warm.
