Ingredients
- 1 pkt yeast
- 3 c. bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter at room temperature
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk warmed
- 2/3 c. raisins
Directions
- Ingredients should be at room temperature.
- Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees.
- Add in ingredients in order given.
- Optionally add in raisins at the triple beep point near the end of the second mixing (they will remain whole which way).
- Setting: white bread
