Directions

  1. Ingredients should be at room temperature.
  2. Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees.
  3. Add in ingredients in order given.
  4. Optionally add in raisins at the triple beep point near the end of the second mixing (they will remain whole which way).
  5. Setting: white bread
