Ingredients

  • 1 pkt store-bought bake-off biscuits
  • 1/4 c. granulated white sugar
  • 1 can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 2 pch grnd nutmeg
  • 1 pt heavy cream

Directions

  1. Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min or possibly till golden brown at edges.
  2. Heat peaches seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg over low heat in a small saucepan. Beat cream and remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar with hand mixer till soft peaks form.
  3. Split hot biscuits and fill with spoonfuls of hot peaches. Top with sugared biscuit top and serve with lots of fresh whipped cream.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
