Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the pork tenderloin in a roasting pan or possibly casserole dish with a lid.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir. Spoon the apple mix around the pork tenderloin. Cover and bake 40 min.
  3. Remove the lid and spoon the apple mix over the tenderloin.
  4. Return to the oven and bake 15-20 min longer till tenderloin is browned and cooked through.
