  • 8 ounce Fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. Nonfat lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Curry pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Unsalted peanuts, dry-roasted, minced
  • 9 ounce Chutney Assorted reduced-fat crackers

Directions

  1. Enjoy these.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and curry pwdr till smooth. Mix in the onions and peanuts. Spread about 1/2 inch thick on a serving plate. Chill. Just before serving, pour chutney over all.
  3. Serve with crackers.
  4. Yield: 1 1/2 c.
  5. Serving Size: 2 Tbsp.
  6. NOTES : Store-bought chutney makes this savory spread a delicious alternative to the usual cheese spread. Plus, it can be whipped up in no time.
