  • 6 x Pork chops Salt and pepper To taste Red chile sauce
  • 1 tsp Onion salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 cl Garlic, sliced

Directions

  1. Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in small amount of fat. Add in seasoning to red chile sauce. Simmer meat in sauce for 1 - 2 hrs or possibly till very tender. Serve with rice.
  2. Makes 6 servings.
