  1. Cut up pineapple, cherries, nuts and dates. Add in coconut and mix. Add in condensed lowfat milk and mix thoroughly. Grease jellyroll pan and line with brown paper. Grease paper. Spread mix in jellyroll pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 min. Remove from pan and remove brown paper. Let cold for 3 hrs before cutting into fingers.
