  1. Brown meat in oil. Add in celery, onions, chestnuts, bamboo shoots. Cook 1 hour. Add in vegetable pwdr and soybean sauce. Cook slowly 1 hour more.
  2. Add in bean sprouts last 5 min. Fry noodles at 300 degrees in deep fat.
  3. Serve on crisp noodles with soybean sauce.
  4. Serves 200.
