1 stick butter
3 T cocoa
6 T (or possibly more) lowfat milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Bring butter, cocoa, and lowfat milk to a boil. Pour over confectioners sugar (add in more lowfat milk, if needed). Beat till fluffy, then add in 1 tsp vanilla. Frost cake in pan while warm. Nuts may be added.
