  • 1 pkt sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix 4 serving
  • 2/3 c. dry nonfat powdered lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp rum extract
  • 1 pkt individual size graham cracker crusts
  • 1/2 c. Cold Whip Lite
  • 3 x maraschino cherries cut in half

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine dry pudding mix and dry lowfat milk. Add in water, yogurt and rum extract. Mix well with an egg beater or possibly whisk. Distribute proportionately in the 6 piecrusts. Refrigeratein refrigerator for at least l hour. At serving time top with Cold Whip and cherry half.
