Ingredients: 2 c. Sugar; 2 sqr unsweetened chocolate; 1/4 c. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk; 3/4 c. Water; 1 1/2 c. Popped corn, minced; 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly butter substitute; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/8 tsp Salt

2 c. Sugar
2 sqr unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
3/4 c. Water
1 1/2 c. Popped corn, minced
1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly butter substitute
1 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Salt

Directions

Heat chocolate in saucepan. Add in sugar, lowfat milk, water, butter, and salt. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F). Remove from fire. Add in flavoring and popped corn. Cold to room temperature. Stir till creamy. Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. Cut in squares. Grace
