  1. Heat chocolate in saucepan. Add in sugar, lowfat milk, water, butter, and salt. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F). Remove from fire. Add in flavoring and popped corn. Cold to room temperature. Stir till creamy. Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan. Cut in squares. Grace
