Ingredients

2 teaspoon soda
4 T cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. jar Miracle Whip
1 c. warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Mix flour, soda, cocoa and sugar and sift THREE times. Add in Miracle Whip and hot water and mix thoroughly. Add in vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 min.
