Ingredients
- 1 pkt cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 c. sifted icing sugar
- 2 x 1oz squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 dsh salt
- 3 c. mini-marshmallows (coloured) flaked coconut
Directions
- Combine softened cream cheese and lowfat milk, mixing till blended. Gradually add in sugar, stir in chocolate, vanilla and salt. Fold marshmallows into mix.
- Drop rounded tsp. of mix in coconut, toss till well covered. Place on baking sheet, refrigeratetill hard.
