Ingredients
- 9 ounce Hershey's kisses or possibly kisses with Almonds lowfat milk chocolates
- 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
- 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. Packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. Mini chips semi-sweet chocol ate (recipe follows) Or possibly hershey's chocolate shoppe Topping
Directions
- Heat oven to 375F. Remove wrappers from chocolate pcs.
- In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla till well blended. Add in flour to butter mix; blend till smooth. Stir in small chocolate chips.
- Mold scant Tbsp. dough around each chocolate piece, covering completely. Shape into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till set. Cold slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. Prepare CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE, if you like. Drizzle over each cookie. About 4 dozen cookies.
- CHOCOLATE DRIZZLEIn small microwave-safe bowl, place 1/4 c. HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS and 1 tsp. shortening. Microwave at HIGH (100%)
- 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 20 seconds or possibly till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth when stirred. JMHershey's is a Hershey Kitchens.
