Chocolate Chip Kiss Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 9 ounce Hershey's kisses or possibly kisses with Almonds lowfat milk chocolates
  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
  • 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1/3 c. Packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Mini chips semi-sweet chocol ate (recipe follows) Or possibly hershey's chocolate shoppe Topping

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Remove wrappers from chocolate pcs.
  2. In large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla till well blended. Add in flour to butter mix; blend till smooth. Stir in small chocolate chips.
  3. Mold scant Tbsp. dough around each chocolate piece, covering completely. Shape into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min or possibly till set. Cold slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cold completely. Prepare CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE, if you like. Drizzle over each cookie. About 4 dozen cookies.
  4. CHOCOLATE DRIZZLEIn small microwave-safe bowl, place 1/4 c. HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS and 1 tsp. shortening. Microwave at HIGH (100%)
  5. 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 20 seconds or possibly till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth when stirred. JMHershey's is a Hershey Kitchens.
