Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 10 1/2 ounce Condensed beef broth
- 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 1/4 lb Boneless beef top sirloin steak, about 1" thick, well trimmed
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients except the steak. Place the steak in a 9" x 13" glass baking dish and cover with the marinade.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hrs, or possibly overnight, turning occasionally. Preheat the broiler. Place the steak on a broiler pan or possibly rimmed baking sheet; throw away the marinade. Broil for 14 to 16 min for medium-rare, or possibly to desired doneness, turning halfway through the cooking.
- Thinly slice across the grain and serve immediately.
- NOTE: The longer this marinates, the more flavor will be absorbed by the steak. So, for best flavor, marinate overnight.
