  • 1 pound grnd pork
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Mexican tomatoes, liquid removed
  • 1 sm. Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 1 sm. can green chiles, diced
  • 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 T grated garlic
  • Salsa to taste

Directions

  1. Brown pork and onion till brown; drain off grease. Add in garlic, liquid removed tomatoes, chilies, cheeses, and salsa; heat till cheeses are melted. Serve in warming dish and keep at low heat. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly crackers.
