Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan or possibly wok.
  2. Add in the chicken and garlic and stir-fry for 2-3 min.
  3. Add in the peppers and cook for a further 2 min.
  4. Add in the black bean sauce, spring onions and cashew nuts and cook for 2-3 min till warmed through.
  5. Serve immediately with rice or possibly noodles.
  6. NOTES : A quick and tasty Oriental dish using frzn peppers.
