  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 8 - 10 boned chicken breasts, cook, cut into 4-5 pcs each.
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 teaspoon curry pwdr

Directions

  1. Put cooked rice in casserole dish. Add in chicken pcs. Pour mix of soups, lowfat sour cream and curry pwdr over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
