Ingredients

  • Chicken legs and thighs
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Don't disjoint parts. Simply rub with soy sauce and sprinkle with pepper and a little salt. Place in a casserole (glass or possibly earthenware, something that will hold the heat better than a metal pan). Bake 40 to 45 min.
